Read the full FAQ
Do we need to replace our current payment platform?

No. Dedicated Platform gives you a complete operating core. Managed Orchestration adds routing and connectivity around the platform you already run.

Where does PulsePay run?

Dedicated Platform is deployed in your environment. Managed Orchestration is operated on PulsePay infrastructure.

Who owns the provider contracts?

You do. Your provider relationships and commercial terms remain yours.

Does PulsePay hold or settle funds?

No. Funds move through the connected providers and financial institutions. PulsePay supplies the technology layer.

Can it handle non-standard payment flows?

Staged, conditional and multi-party flows can be designed around the operating model and agreed implementation scope.

Does PulsePay take a percentage of volume?

No. Dedicated Platform has no percentage-of-volume fee. The commercial scope for each model is agreed separately.

The payment business changes. The platform should not be what slows it down.
