What is not included by implication
Provider onboarding, processing fees, acquiring fees, financial services and regulatory licences are separate from PulsePay software pricing. Final scope, milestones and acceptance criteria are set in the commercial proposal.

Bring the target countries, currencies, payment methods, contracted providers, expected merchant model and required launch date to discovery. PulsePay can then separate the base deployment, integrations and optional custom work.

- PulsePay does not charge a percentage of payment volume for Dedicated Platform. Any fixed or usage-based infrastructure items are defined in the proposal.
